Someone is typing the exact thing your platform does into a search right now. Another company will get the user. Not for a better product than you, just better placement.
You can't ignore the traditional game. Crypto ads get removed, influencers overcharge and underdeliver, and short-form videos get shadow-banned. CT is the same 30k people on X selling to each other in a shrinking room. Meanwhile billions use search engines every week, directly or through AI…
You built a product to improve the life of retail, but hide from the places they look to spend money or find products. Why?
The current deal
I'm looking to expand and work with 3 (max) other crypto companies. Send me your platform and 2 competitors. You'll hear back from me on the same day, then I'll get back with the first leak I would attack: the money searches you are missing, who is collecting them today, and what they are worth to you.
I do it using my own years of experience and knowledge from working on our own crypto platform. I use standard industry tools and 2 of my own custom ones for crypto attention.
If there is nothing worth fixing, or (more likely) if you don't have any real or unique value to compete with, I'll let you know to not waste any time!
or write to me@lucasnicolaou.com.
Exhibit A: Google Search Console proof
Exhibit A: CFGI.io platform growth and sustained positioning
Proof you can check. This is what a fixed leak and full authority looks like. CFGI, the crypto platform I run growth for, sits at the top of every coin-level fear and greed search. We now own the altcoin fear and greed market. Now moving into stocks, then full markets and all sentiments.
| Top queries | CTR | Position |
|---|---|---|
| ethereum fear and greed index | 56.6% | 1.1 |
| bnb fear and greed index | 30.4% | 1.1 |
| xrp fear and greed index | 65.3% | 1.3 |
| solana fear and greed index | 58.7% | 1.1 |
| dogecoin fear and greed index | 60.9% | 1.0 |
Cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Google AI in sentiment answers. These are not blog keywords. People searching coin-level sentiment are searching for the thing CFGI sells. Every other altcoin variant sits in the same place it does on Google. AI citation and GEO is just an expansion of traditional SEO.
Now read it cynically: it is a site he runs growth for, ranking for its own category, that's not the same as me… However, there are over 15 different fear and greeds and 100s of sentiment websites and we're beating them all when before we weren't. There's no cheat code, just authority and logic. I'll prove it on your platform, against your competitors, in a free audit.
Exhibit B: the instrument
Exhibit B: My personal instruments
SEO has no beta.A fund that is down 12% while the market is down 20% gets to say it outperformed. A crypto site whose traffic halves has no way to know that, or even say that. It cannot tell whether it broke something or whether the whole sector's search demand halved around it. So teams panic, fire the agency, and rebuild sites that were never broken.
I never worked with an agency, only myself and my own market and search engine data. So I built the missing number. It produces a sentence nothing else on the market can:
Your traffic is down 40%. Sector demand is down 55%. You are outperforming by 15 points.
It is a private benchmark of human crypto search demand, built from 16 months of click data at provably stable rank and validated against Bitcoin at r = 0.82. It ignores impressions completely, because since late 2025 AI crawlers inflate them and only a click still requires a person. It cannot be scraped or copied: it runs on consented Search Console access, the same read-only access your audit already needs.
Point it at your property and you get your alpha in minutes. It is not for sale and it is not public. It is the instrument I run audits on, report on, and scale platforms with over time.
If the leak is real: the terms
If the leak is real, my value will be too.
Who you are wiring money to
Lucas Nicolaou

Crypto's default counterparty is an anon. And those who are not anon want to connect on LinkedIn (no thank you). I'm the opposite bet. I'm myself. I run platform growth at CFGI every day, so I sell what I practise, not what I read about. I have been in the crypto trenches since 2019. I've seen it all, through the booms and the winters.
P.S.
3 companies maximum
I'm taking a few teams at a time, alongside CFGI. I'll be taking one company of each kind forever. There's no goal to self-compete.
Work with me or not, either way you can find out where your buyers actually are, in 48 hours, for the cost of one email.
